What makes Wanagiri coffee even more remarkable is where and how it’s grown. These arabica beans thrive in protected forests under the Social Forestry Program—an initiative that restores ecosystems while empowering local communities.

Over 200 family members across three farming groups carefully tend to 250 hectares of land using agroforestry practices—growing coffee in harmony with native trees, fruits, and spices. This method helps preserve biodiversity, enriches the soil, and creates a more resilient farming system.
