OEMAH MADU | Honey Natural Coffee – Espresso & Filter Roast

“Oemah” /Umah means home in Balinese, and “Madu” means honey in Indonesian.

Honey processed coffee begins with red coffee beans being picked and fermented for four days, then the red skin is peeled off, then dried in the sun for fifteen days, then the skin is peeled off, sorted, and ready to be packed or roasted.

When you brew Oemah Madu coffee, the flavors tell the story of the island itself. First, the cup greets you with bright, juicy notes of grape, pear, and tangerine, lively and sparkling like a morning in the tropics. Then, a smooth chocolate undertone rounds the sweetness, grounding the coffee with depth and richness. Finally, delicate floral notes reminiscent of black tea linger in the finish, adding elegance and subtle complexity.

Oemah Madu is roasted to shine in both espresso and filter brewing, revealing different facets of its personality depending on how you brew it! :)
