BAJAWA LOKA | Flores Indonesia Washed – Espresso Roast

We are heading east from our home base! This special curation is a fully washed coffee with clean notes, sweetness, and a rounded body that shines in espresso.

A syrupy, low-acid cup with notes of dark chocolate, toasted almond, and dried plum, followed by hints of clove and cedar. We roast this one to a medium-dark profile, just enough to bring out its natural depth while maintaining the origin's clarity.

Crafted with espresso in mind, whether you're pulling rich shots, dialing in for flat whites, or sipping straight, this coffee provides a comforting, classic experience with just enough complexity to keep things interesting.
